STEP 1
Consultation
We will get an exact measurement on our initial site visit and provide you with the final price. We understand the UWS program rules and can advise you if needed. Our goal is to make your water-efficient switch as cost-effective as possible.
STEP 2
Grass Removal & Grading
After your plan is approved, we will arrive on the scheduled date to remove your grass and clear your property to create a blank canvas for your new landscape. We can leave the dirt and sod in piles on your lawn or haul it away.
STEP 3
Irrigation and Install
Once we have cleared your property, we can install new irrigation, hardscapes, and plants – or we can leave you to it. This is where the cost savings come in. We offer multiple plans and options to customize each project to meet your budget.
Ripping out your sod is rad!
Grass lawns are notorious for their high water demand, consuming a significant portion of residential water use. The process of sod removal and the transition to xeriscaping will dramatically reduce your water usage.
By replacing grass with water-efficient plants and landscaping materials, you can save water & save money.
